Music is great and has somewhat good lyrics but somewhere missing a spark as the union of Kendrick Lamar and Weeknd should give.Overall the song is amazing with good music, not bad lyrics, wonderful vocals and lack of melody.Song is for black panther and therefore this fact makes it great
I loved this music a lot. Many days since I heard a good song like this. But now, this music made me to fill my thirst of listening to good song. Lyrics are so good manner that everyone understands it and even a person from other country can even try to listen to the music and understand the lyrics which is very important for a song to popularize all over the world. This made me feel happy after a long time. Cheers to the music developer and hats off to the musical instruments they have used. Loved the way how they described the fact. So, it was mind blowing for me and I am suggesting my all friends and relatives to take a look at this song.
Pray for Me” commences with distorted synths. Soon after, anchoring drum programming enters, adding stability. The Weeknd delivers clear, commanding vocals, flaunting his radiant tone. Following a strong first verse, he continues serving up top-rate vocals on the chorus. “Pray for Me” grows even more exciting with the entrance of Kendrick Lamar on the second verse. As always, K-Dot is on-point dropping agile rhymes that are perfectly suited for the production. Later, the bridge provides a slight contrast to the verses and chorus. Even so, it’s clear that it was derived from the rest of the song.
The middle-of-the-road results will likely prove inconsequential for a projected box office behemoth like Black Panther, but for listeners, it’s a game of diminishing returns. The weekend and kendrick lamar work so well together and the song really hit hard and make you think deeply. It is like they mixed rap with some r&b and hip hop, it is very creative and smooth rhythm keeps you listening
I thought it was a pretty good song, somewhat better than songs I've heard lately, I like songs that I get lost in and want to hear over and over, not a bad one for sure. it was a very nice change, giving you two thumbs up and a big smile from west Virginia, hope there are a lot more where that one came from, wonderful job
